- How do you price a project?
- Most engagements start as a fixed-scope project priced after a discovery conversation, once we understand what you're trying to solve. Ongoing work — ongoing product development, staffing, or ongoing support — is billed month to month instead.
- What does the first conversation actually involve?
- You tell us the problem you're solving and where things stand today. We ask questions to understand the constraints (budget, timeline, existing systems) and follow up with either a fixed-scope proposal or a recommendation on the right next step, even if that step isn't hiring us.
- Will we work with the engineers directly, or only through an account manager?
- You have direct access to the engineers building your project, not just a single point of contact relaying messages. That's one of the reasons projects move faster than working with a traditional agency layer.
- What happens after launch?
- We stay reachable. Depending on the engagement, that's an ongoing support retainer, a staffing arrangement to keep engineers embedded, or a clean handoff with documentation if you're taking it in-house. We agree which one up front.
- Can you sign an NDA before we share project details?
- Yes. We can sign an NDA before the first detailed call if you need one, so you can share what you need to for us to scope the work accurately.
- Do you work with a specific tech stack, or match what we already use?
