When you fill in a contact, quote or landing-page form, or schedule a call, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company (if provided), budget range (if provided), and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and follow up about the work you asked about.

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and how fast it loads. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and referral source, and may set cookies or use similar technologies.

If you arrive from an advertisement, we also record campaign details in the URL (such as UTM parameters or a Google Ads click ID) and attach them to your enquiry so we know which campaign brought you to us.

Our forms are protected against automated spam by Vercel BotID, which analyses browser signals to tell people from bots.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you — for example Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting, analytics and bot protection), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), and Calendly (call scheduling) — and where required by law.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, and delete them on request unless we are legally required to keep them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@fusion64.com. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
