Low Stock Alerts for WooCommerce
Get one daily email listing every WooCommerce product and variation that's low or out of stock, plus a reorder list with suggested quantities you can export for your supplier.
The demo opens a temporary WooCommerce store in your browser with the plugin already set up. Nothing to install.

The problem it solves
WooCommerce sends a separate email each time a single product drops to low stock, and those emails are easy to miss. Running out of a best-seller costs you sales and search ranking.
Free and Pro
The free plugin is complete on its own. Pro is a separate add-on that installs next to it when you need more.

Questions
How do I get low stock email alerts in WooCommerce?
Install the free plugin from WordPress.org, then open WooCommerce > Low Stock. Choose who should get the daily email and at what time. Only products with “Manage stock” turned on are checked.
How is the suggested reorder quantity calculated?
In the free version, it's your “reorder up to” level minus current stock. Pro calculates it from how fast each product actually sells.
Why didn't I get an email?
The email only goes out when something is low, unless you turn off quiet days. Your site also needs to be able to send email, so if other site emails don't arrive, use an SMTP plugin.
What does Pro add?
Days of stock left, sales-based reorder quantities, suppliers with one-click purchase orders, and instant Slack or webhook alerts.
